Or wondering why just one book?

'Cause I hate editing. Hate it. I kill my books during the edit. I wish I could write it then hand it in right then and there.

But, alas, and for good reasons, publishers expect more. So, I keep at it.

I've got several more 'Butch Girl' books in the works with one on the verge of being spit polished enough to turn in. Its tentative title is Butch Girls and Stereotypes which may or may not stick. There are at least 4 other BG books in various stages of undress, I mean completion.

I've also got a fantasy trilogy (why are they always trilogies??) with the first one finished.

I'm eager to answer questions about any of these and more. Just ask away!

I think most of the authors would agree with you that editing isn't our favorite thing. It's like sex, once it's over we don't want to sit around and analyze it, we want to move on to the next!!!

But, alas, editing is a fact of life like ex's and drama.

Hang in there. Hopefully we all learn from the editing process and it gets easier as we go.

So Paula - with all those different books rattling around, which one is coming NEXT? C'mon girl, toss us a crumb, eh?
